Nagaraju Shiva Puttaswamy, better known as his screen name Shiva Rajkumar, is an Indian film actor, television presenter, producer, and playback singer, and best known for his work in Kannada cinema. He is the eldest son of actor Rajkumar. Over the last three decades of career Shiva has worked in over 120 films.
Shiva made his debut screen appearance in Singeetham Srinivas Rao's Anand in 1986, which has won him the Cinema Express Award for Best Actor. His first three films were all highly successful Anand, Ratha Sapthami in 1986, and Mana Mechchida Hudugi in 1987, which earned him the name "Hat-trick Hero". He has been working in the film industry for the last 30 years.
