Sanub has been honoured with the Thrissur Press Club's Achuthanavariyar media award on 27th August 2016, Laadli Media Award for gender sensitivity 2018 for the best documentary, which he received from well-known journalist P Sainath along with famous DD anchor Nalini Singh, and in 2017 State TV Award for best current affairs program.
