BEING DISCIPLINED is what it takes to really achieving lasting results and not giving up!
The consistency of discipline is what makes it "discipline". Discipline doesn’t just “happen.” It’s intentional, planned & repeated every single day! A HABIT! Once you reach a certain level, you still have to keep going to maintain that level and in most cases develop a stronger set of discipline skills to reach a better level.
In order to get disciplined you can't leave plans to chance. Decisions are not left to how your feeling at that moment. In fact you must take emotions out of it. You decide to follow the "plan" and then wake up every day and do it regardless of how you are feeling.
You will have to sacrifice something at some point, that's part of every commitment and if your not ready for sacrifice then you cannot whine about why your not getting results or hate on those who put the work in.
I get asked all the time what or who motivates me. The answer: No one! It's not looking at someone or something for motivation since the reality is, your not going to get the same results as another person or have the same struggles as them. That's what makes you...YOU! It's about not caring about what others think, or comparing yourself to another, rather you must do what's right for YOU, and make those changes because it's what YOU want to do.
