Today's Recipe: Let's make some Kadai Paneer with Gautham Krishnan
Blanch 3 ripe tomatoes
3 Green chillies
Take 3 medium onions and grind it to a fine paste along with the green chillies.
Remove the skin from blanched tomatoes and puree it.
Take 1.5 packet of Amul Cubed Paneer and marinate it with little salt, chilli powder and turmeric keep aside for 30 minutes.
Shallow fry the marinated paneer.

Raw spices for tampering.
In a heavy bottomed kadai heat butter and add raw spices. Once it is starts to leave the aroma add the ground onion.
Keep on starring until it starts rendering fat.
Once that's done add 1.5 tbspn kashmiri chilli powder, 2 tbspn coriander powder, 3/4 tbspn turmeric and mix properly.
Add the tomato puree to it and mix properly and boil it on a medium flame until it starts rendering the fat.
Add little bit of thick curd to the mixture it will fasten the process of mixture rendering the fat..!!! Once that stage is reached, add required amount of water and boil it till thickens.
Add in the kasuri methi.
Add the fried paneer and give it a gentle mix. Voila it's done 🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗
