Late in the eventide on Wednesday, the Ministry of Defense lastly broke the strangeness by clearing an official announcement that the sound from the sky that led Bengaluru by wonder "was a routine Indian Air Force (IAF) Test Flight involving a supersonic silhouette which blast-off. from Bengaluru Airport and crossed in the assigned airspace well outside City boundaries. Facts behind the Mysterious Boom Sound Heard in Bangalore City
A thunderous noise was heard on Wednesday afternoon that created fright across Bengaluru.
On the report of Times of India, Prior to that the Indian Air Force in a statement indicated towards sonic boom as the source of the sound but also realizing that none of its aircraft from its Training Command was airborne while that time. Although the IAF said that the ASTE (Aircraft and Systems Testing Establishment) and HAL (Hindustan Aeronautics Limited) could be handling regular test operating it ended short of making it official.
Interestingly, HAL was the first to answer with a statement after the loud noise was overheard in Bengaluru but only with a contradiction that it was a sonic boom.
The activity reported in Bengaluru is not due to an Earthquake. The Seismometers did not capture any Ground Vibration as generally happens during a mild Tremor. The activity is purely a loud unknown noise.

According to a report by The News Minute, Bengaluru Police Commissioner Bhaskar Rao stated that was no destruction anyplace in the city.
Karnataka State Natural Disaster Management Centre (KSNDMC) Director Srinivas Reddy declared that there was no earthquake activity recorded on Wednesday in Bengaluru. "The seismometers did not catch any ground oscillation as frequently happens during a mild tremor," he said.
