Today in Home Kitcen, Gautham Krishnan is here with a healthy vegitable dish Palak paneer, is an Indian subcontinent vegetarian dish, consisting of paneer in a thick paste made from puréed spinach and seasoned with garam masala, ginger, garlic, and other spices. Let us prepare the dish.

Take 2 bunch of Palak and separate the leaves alone as stem is too fibrous and would be difficult to grind !! Wash and blanch the leaves in boiling water exactly for 2 minutes and strain and put it into a blender jar
Keep aside for cooling

In a fry pan add some oil once that's hot add in cumin seeds ginger (an inch piece chopped) two cloves of Garlic 2 green chillies one big onion sliced and two ripe tomatoes and sauté it until tomatoes and onion are wilted once that's done add the same to Palak and grind to a fine paste
In a kadai heat oil and splutter a pinch of cumin seeds and add half teaspoon each of Turmeric powder Chilli powder Coriander powder and Garam masala ( always keep flame lowest possible during this stage as the powders tend to burn fast )!! Now add in the ground paste of palak and add required salt and let it simmer for a minute or two. You can add Fresh Cream or Home Made malai as u wish ( here i was out of both hence haven't added but if you add it will enhance the taste). Add in Paneer cubes and again simmer for 2-3 Minutes !!
It's Done !! Serve it with Paranthas Chapatis or even Piping hot rice will also be fine !!!
