Russia has found a drug to bind the coronavirus. While many countries claim to be developing vaccines and drugs to combat the pestilence, Russia is planning to give patients the first drug approved for coronavirus treatment a week later.
It is hoped that the use of this drug will ease the strain on the health system of the country and speed up the return of people to life. Russia has indicated that antiviral medications registered with Avifavir will be given to hospitals starting June 11 to provide for patients infected with coronavirus (Covid19).
