The megastar Rajinikanth has admitted to hospital due to Blood Pressure Fluctuations. The star was on the shoot of his film "Annaatthe" in Hyderabad, but the shoot was halted this week after confirming coronavirus infection to some of the crew members.

Superstar Rajinikanth has been admitted to a hospital in Hyderabad due to Blood Pressure Fluctuations, the star had tested negative for Covid-19 on Tuesday.
The actor was admitted to the hospital due to severe changes in his blood pressure, but he has no symptoms related to Covid-19. According to some online news, he is expected to remain in hospital until his blood pressure returns to normal.

A statement from the Apollo Hospitals read: Mr Rajnikanth has been admitted in the hospital today in the morning. He was shooting for a movie in Hyderabad since the last 10 days. A couple of people on the sets tested positive for Covid-19. Mr Rajnikanth was tested on 22 December for Covid-19 and he was negative. Since then he isolated himself and was monitored closely.

In October, Rajinikanth admitted that doctors had advised him to pay more attention to health issues as his immune system was weakened after his renal transplant.
