"Kashmiri women have made great strides in education over the past few years. I am happy to have chosen this field as her career. My parents gave me full support to choose this career. I am lucky to have my parents who support me in all my endeavours, without them, today's achievement would not be possible. I am always wanted to grow both professionally and personally. My father is her biggest role model for me" - Ayesha said
"I chose this field because I have loved travelling from a very young age and was very fascinated by flying. One gets to meet so many people. This is why I wanted to be a pilot. It is quite challenging because this is not like a normal 9-5 desk job. There is no fixed pattern and I have to constantly be ready to face new places, different types of weather and meet new people," she told ANI.
