A young Malayalee artist Sijin Gopinathan, who can be described as the "Doodle Rockstar," gained world attention by presenting his doodle artwork on Mini Cooper as a canvas. This is the first time, World Art Dubai witnessing live artwork on a car.

Dubai: Sijin Gopinathan, the Doodle Rockstar from Thiruvananthapuram used his Mini Cooper as a canvas to present his live doodle art performance at World Art Dubai 2021, which has become the center of attention. In the previous year, Sijin caught the attention of the audience with his unique doodle art. Unlike last year, this time he chose his own Mini Cooper as the canvas.

"Bored of drawing on walls and canvas papers, I decided to paint on my own Mini Cooper this time," says Sijin.
Sijin performed his live doodle art in front of a crowded platform of car-lovers such as foreigners and Arabs. He doodled world-famous painters on the sides and bonnet Mini Cooper. "My painting also aimed to introduce the world-renowned artists to the new generation," Sijin told the media.

His drawing on the Mini Cooper was live, this is the first time in Dubai someone performed a live doodle art on a car, which helped him gain more audience attention. Sijin Gopinathan is the only Indian to receive worldwide attention for his live performances at the World Art Dubai Fair, which brings together cultures from 27 countries.
Sijin drew world-renowned artists such as Vincent Van Gogh, Fareeda Khylo, Michelangelo, Johannes Weirmer, and Leonardo da Vinci as doodle art on his mini cooper. At the Dubai World Trade Center Hall, Sijin gained the attention of over 2,000 artworks of artists from 27 countries.

Sijin had obtained permission from the Department of Tourism to paint on the Mini Cooper as part of the artwork. However, with the artwork, special permission from the RTO is required to drive the same vehicle. Or, if permission is not obtained, he has done the artwork with a permanent marker on the car after applying a peelable coating that can be removed from the car at any time.

Sijin is a creative artist in Dubai, as well as a doodle artist, mural artist, and art director. He hails from Venjaramoodu, Thiruvananthapuram district in Kerala.
